Seasoned Breading for Chicken Strips

This coats about 1-1/2 lbs of chicken.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle chili pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients. 

    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.

    For longer storage time, don't add the almond flour and flaxseed meal until ready to use.
