Who doesn’t love birthday freebies?
I am all about the birthday freebies! I love free stuff! Especially food! And I love getting free stuff to celebrate my birthday all month long! Do you want to feel extra special around your birthday? I want to help you! But first!
Let me give you a word of advice.
Don’t start a Whole30 the week of your birthday.
Mine was busted on day 3, which happened to be my birthday. I went out to dinner with some friends and we tried out an amazing Italian restaurant. We had a fantastic time and I did not regret any of my choices!
I generally have a problem with eating healthier during my birthday. I’ve joined a lot of rewards programs and, whether I use them throughout the year or not, I get a free birthday treat from most of them.
Great for the pocketbook. Bad for the waistline.
But seriously! Who doesn’t love free stuff FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY?? It’s like everyone is giving you a gift all month long!
Where can you go?

Here’s what you need to know!
These rewards generally have different expiration dates. Some will be good during your entire birth month, some for up to 1 week after your birthday, and some are for the day of your birthday only. Pay attention to the expiration dates for the ones you really want to use.
I tried to make sure I labeled each one that requires a purchase, but things change every year. Make sure to read the fine print. You don’t want to be surprised with that news after you’ve placed an order.
Be aware that many of these restaurants and stores now have apps, but that your birthday rewards don’t always show up there. Many of the freebies I receive for my birthday show up in my email inbox. I always move them to a folder named “Birthday,” so I can find them quickly and easily.
One of my favorite things about these rewards programs is that many of them offer a free reward just for signing up. So not only are you getting birthday freebies, but you’re getting anytime freebies, too!
Also check to see if there is a kid’s birthday club. Some places will allow you to add your children under your email address so they can receive birthday treats as well. Baskin Robbins, Sonic, and Zaxby’s are a few that do this. Your children will thank you!
